Finding agents to book tours while adding product to build great tours

Before starting Ireland Unlocked, Annie had a very strong knowledge of Ireland; however, that doesn’t mean she had all of the relationships with the partners needed to develop multiple touring products.  After launching the company, Annie was aggressively searching for product, while at the same time trying to find clients and agents to book her tours. She was searching Google, attending local events, and traveling to international trade events; however, she knew a more streamlined approach would significantly help Ireland Unlocked hit their goals.

Ireland Unlocked started with a free account to take advantage of having a simple profile with a listing on the PartnerFinder. After completing the profile listing, the next step was utilizing the simple-to-use filters to find product and agents that were active in the Irish market. Annie then upgraded and began building relationships by reaching out to the companies who were listed using the connect feature.  Ireland Unlocked continued to use this feature throughout the year, often using the notifications when new Ireland-focused companies came onto the platform as a reminder to hop back into the system.
