We’re thrilled to have you be a part of changing the way our industry works. As you know, we’re a young company and we’re definitely going to experience some growing pains. I’d like to send out a big Thank You to our clients for continuing to provide us with great feedback and ideas. In return, we promise to continually grow and improve our service so that you can spend less time on administration and more time doing what you do best.
Here are just a few of our recent developments to help show you we’re listening!
- Contract Previews – This week we announce the release of our newest feature, the contract preview feature. You will no longer have to dig through each page of a contract to double check rates and information before signing and/or sending your contract. Use the Contract Preview feature to generate the PDF of the contract that will be sent to your business partner. Once you’re happy with the contract, simply sign and/or send the contract, and you’re done!
- Copying Rates from Previous Year – For those suppliers that have loaded rates for your products, you can now use the copy rates feature to copy the rates into a new contracting year. Yep, with just one click of a button, you can be done loading rates for next year!
- Contract PDF Updates – We‘ve had great feedback on the quality of the new version of our contracts. We aren’t stopping with the initial praise. We’ve added information and refined the format to make the contracts as efficient and as valuable as possible. Enjoy!
- Improved Contracting Dashboard – We understand the contracting dashboard was quite confusing when we first rolled it out. We have simplified the dashboard. You can now see, in one quick glance, the status of all of your contracts, the status of your products and locations, and any notifications you’ve received.
