We are very excited to release the latest version of TourConnect. Our team has been working hard to incorporate all the feedback that we received over the past year into the product. You will now be able to connect with your partners, enter your rates, and send contracts. This release marks the completion of the foundation of TourConnect and now we will begin working on new features to make managing your business relationships even easier.

Here are some of the highlights for this release:

Improved Rate Management
With every tourism company managing their rates differently, it is quite a challenge to find a standard that also meets the needs of contractors. We’ve refined the process for loading your rates and even added a feature to copy rates from one year to the next. Yep, once you’ve loaded rates for one year, you’re just a few clicks away for your rates to be ready for the next year.

Supplier Initiated Contracts
Suppliers no longer have to wait for contractors to request rates. For those on our standard plan, suppliers can now send their rates to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

External Contract Tracking
Suppliers no longer have to wonder if the rates they send out are received by their contractors. When contractors download supplier contracts, suppliers are notified that the rates have been received.

New Contract Format
This release features the new TourConnect contract format. This format captures all of the relevant supplier and rate information in a simple, clean, and efficient layout. Contractors are excited to have a format that is easy to load into their system, making supplier products easier to sell. Take a look at an example contract to see the new format by clicking here.

TourConnect’s vision is to build a community where tour operators, hotels and travel suppliers can meet, manage their relationships, and exchange rates. The enhancements above are just the beginning of the future of TourConnect. We hope you’ll join us!
