Business Development Manager – UK/Ireland

TourConnect is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive TourConnect’s expansion into the UK/Ireland markets.  Your focus will be selling SaaS tools to B2B-oriented leisure tourism organizations – from hotels and day tours to DMC’s, inbound tour operators, and travel agents.

We’re a small company, so your ability to generate leads and turn those leads into clients and revenue will be critical to our success.  You will manage marketing campaigns, follow up on warm leads, and deliver online demos. In addition, there will be opportunities for international travel to meet clients in person via site visits and trade events.  Your ultimate goal is to kick start and facilitate the viral growth of TourConnect in our desired new markets.

You will be an integral part of our young company, and we’ll count on you to drive revenue and profits.  The role will change on a day to day basis, which will require excellent self-management skills. As our first Business Development Manager in the region, you will find yourself creating the framework for how TourConnect builds market share.  As we continue to grow, you will be called upon to actively participate in our strategic planning and execution as we best equip ourselves to handle the challenges and changes ahead.

We are building a team that is excited about the opportunity to transform the tourism industry.  You can expect the role to be both challenging and immensely rewarding, and we are looking for individuals that will embrace the opportunity to grow both individually and collectively with the company.

If you are excited about the opportunity and think you can help us achieve our shared vision, please send us an email including your CV to joinourvision@tourconnect.com.  We’d love to hear from you!
